Terms & Conditions

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you ("the Client") participate in the Scale Smart Skool Community, delivered by Lets Automate Your Biz Limited ("the Company"). By becoming a member of our community via the Skool.com Platform, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Agreement Overview

This legally binding document outlines the terms under which you (“the Client”) engage with Lets Automate Your Biz Limited (“the Company”) to participate in the Scale Smart Community (“the Skool”).

2. What You’ll Receive

As part of your enrolment in the Scale Smart Skool Community, the following resources and services will be made available to you:

  • Exclusive access to our Scale Smart Community

  • Access to our proprietary client acquisition frameworks and automation systems

  • A curated collection of proven templates, scripts, and outreach processes

  • Multiple live, expert-led support calls each week, focused on specific implementation topics

  • Round-the-clock access to our private client community and training library

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the above offerings consistently throughout your active membership period. However, we reserve the right to adapt, update, or improve the delivery of content and support in order to optimise your learning experience. By joining Scale Smart Skool or accessing any free or paid resources, you consent to receive relevant communications about our services. You can opt out at any time as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2.1 Platform Dependency Notice

Please note that the Scale Smart Community is hosted via a third-party platform (currently Skool). While we aim to ensure reliable access, we do not control or guarantee the performance or availability of this external system. Access to your materials is contingent on the operational functionality of this third-party provider. The Company is not liable for service disruptions or changes initiated by the platform provider.

3. Payment Terms & Financial Commitment

3.1 Standard Payment Structure

Your enrolment in the Scale Smart Community requires payment in advance, whether annually or monthly. In either case, you agree to fulfil all financial obligations associated with your chosen plan.

If you are on a payment plan:

  • You authorise Skool to collect instalments automatically from your selected payment method on the agreed dates. Please see their transaction terms here.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of your access until your account is brought up to date

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and ensuring that sufficient funds are available on your selected payment method. In the event of a declined transaction or expired card, you agree to provide updated details within one (1) business day.

Non-payment does not void this Agreement, and you remain liable for the full payment unless otherwise covered by our refund policy.

3.2 Go High Level Account Access

As part of your enrolment, you will receive free access to one or more Go High Level sub-accounts for the duration of your membership. However to activate and use your free account(s), you must add your own payment details. This is required to enable access to core usage-based platform features such as SMS, calls, emails, and AI tools. Any charges incurred are your responsibility and are billable.

If you no longer require access to your Go High Level account(s), you must notify us via email so we can delete the account(s) and any associated data.

4. Performance-Based Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the value of the Scale Smart Skool and are committed to delivering actionable training and support. To ensure mutual accountability, we offer a results-based refund option under the following strict conditions.

4.1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may request a full refund and receive an additional twelve (12) weeks of complimentary coaching only if all of the following requirements are met:

  1. You have not enrolled twenty (20) paying clients using the strategies and systems taught within the Skool.

  2. A minimum of one hundred eighty (180) days has passed since your initial registration date.

  3. You have attended at least twenty (20) live Q&A or coaching calls during that time.

  4. All payment obligations have been fulfilled on time, with no failed or delayed transactions.

  5. Every sales call has been conducted using our recommended process, and you can provide supporting call recordings and tracking logs.

  6. You have built an offer that aligns with our framework and had it reviewed by our team.

  7. You have fully completed all training modules inside the Skool.

  8. If, by day one hundred (100), you have signed fewer than ten (10) clients, you must have contacted our team via email to request strategic support.

  9. Must book in and show up to your “Day 120” and “Day 180” progress meetings when prompted.

  10. You have consistently executed a minimum of five hundred (500) outbound approaches per weekday, distributed across at least three different methods (calls, messages, or emails on any chosen platform), starting no later than eight (8) weeks after enrolment. All activity must be accurately tracked on a daily basis.

All nine conditions must be met in full to be considered for a refund.

4.2 Submitting a Refund Request

If you believe you meet the eligibility requirements, you may submit a refund request by completing our designated review form.

You will be required to grant access to the following (as applicable) to support your claim:

  • Your payment gateway dashboard (via screen-share) to verify transactions and revenue

  • Your calendar system (e.g., GoHighLevel, Calendly) to verify sales appointments

  • Call recordings and supporting sales performance logs

  • Outreach tracking spreadsheets and documentation

  • Any associated accounts or tools used to implement the Skool systems

Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed. If your documentation is complete and meets all criteria, a video call will be scheduled to finalise the process. Refunds may be requested only once, and only after the 180-day period has fully elapsed. If eligibility is not confirmed, you forfeit any right to a second claim.

5. Access Duration & Renewal Policy

Your enrolment grants you access to the Scale Smart Skool - including all training materials, community features, coaching calls, and support - for the duration of your active paid membership. You may choose to pay monthly or annually.

As part of your active membership, you will also receive free access to one or more Go High Level sub-accounts under our agency. This access is only available while your Skool membership is current and in good standing.

5.1 Renewal Terms

  • Your membership will automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the next billing date within the Skool community.

  • If a renewal payment fails or is declined, access to the Skool and associated Go High Level accounts will be suspended without further notice.

  • No partial refunds or pro-rated cancellations will be issued once a payment has been processed.

6. Ownership of Content & Usage Rights

All intellectual property shared within the Scale Smart Skool—including training videos, custom GPTs, automation workflows, AI-generated content, templates, scripts, systems, and any proprietary processes—is the exclusive property of Lets Automate Your Biz Limited or its licensors.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your own internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or share any of the content outside the Skool environment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom GPTs and AI tools

  • Prompt frameworks and automation sequences

  • Training documents, templates, and implementation guides

  • Any AI-generated assets provided for use during your time in the Skool

You agree to the following conditions:

  • Skool login credentials are for individual use only and must not be shared.

  • Recording, replicating, or republishing any part of the Skool content is prohibited without prior written consent.

  • All content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • We may record live sessions, coaching calls, and community activity, which may be used for internal training or promotional purposes.

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, we reserve the right to use your submitted results, voice, screenshots, testimonials, or likeness in future marketing material.

Any unauthorised use of our content, particularly AI tools and custom GPTs, will result in immediate removal from our Skool Community and may lead to legal action.

7. Conduct, Compliance & Platform Use

To maintain the integrity of the Scale Smart Skool environment, all members are expected to engage respectfully, follow our policies, and use the platform appropriately.

By participating in the Skool, you agree to the following:

  • You will not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, defamation, or disruptive conduct toward other members, coaches, or staff.

  • You may not use the Skool platform, community, or communication channels to promote or solicit outside services, products, or business opportunities without written permission.

  • Your access credentials are private and must not be shared with any other individual or business.

  • Any misuse of materials, systems, or tools provided—including but not limited to custom GPTs, templates, and automation workflows—may result in immediate removal from the Skool without refund.

  • You agree to follow all operational guidelines, usage instructions, and best practices as outlined in the Skool training materials.

We reserve the right to monitor member activity on the platform and enforce compliance at our sole discretion. Failure to meet these expectations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ejection from the Skool.

We also reserve the right to make changes to the Skool experience—including training content, call schedules, support staff, and tools—at any time in order to deliver the highest level of value to our clients.

8. Termination & Ejection Policy

Lets Automate Your Biz Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Scale Smart Skool at any time if, in our sole discretion, you:

  • Violate any part of this Agreement

  • Disregard payment obligations or attempt chargebacks

  • Misuse proprietary materials, tools, or resources

  • Act in a way that is harmful to other members, the Skool experience, or the reputation of our company

If your access is terminated for any of the above reasons:

  • You will lose all rights to Skool content, community access, coaching calls, and custom tools

  • You will not be entitled to a refund, regardless of how much of the Skool you have completed

We are not required to provide advance notice of termination. All decisions regarding ejection are final. Our priority is to protect the quality of experience for our active, committed clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Scale Smart Skool, you acknowledge and accept the following limitations:

  • Lets Automate Your Biz Limited is not responsible for any loss of revenue, business opportunities, data, or productivity that may arise from your participation or inability to access Skool resources.

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific business results or financial outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, execution, and external market factors.

  • We are not liable for technical issues, platform outages, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers, including Skool, GoHighLevel, or other tools used as part of the Skool experience.

  • Under no circumstances shall our total liability for any claim exceed the amount you have paid to us within the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

  • We retain necessary data, including records of participation, payments, and support interactions, to comply with legal obligations and for the purpose of dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

All services are provided "as is," and we disclaim any and all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom. By enrolling in the Scale Smart Skool, you agree that any legal matters, disputes, or claims arising from or related to this Agreement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine attempt to resolve any disputes informally through written communication. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days of the initial notice of dispute, either party may pursue legal action.

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal. If any provision within this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.

11. Acknowledgement

By signing up to Scale Smart Skool, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them in full. You acknowledge that your participation in the Scale Smart Skool is voluntary, and no guarantees of income, performance, or outcomes have been made.

You also authorise Lets Automate Your Biz Limited to process any payments associated with your enrolment and continued access, as outlined in the payment and renewal terms above.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by enrolling in Scale Smart Skool

This Agreement may be acknowledged digitally or physically, and all forms of acknowledgment shall be legally binding.
